We started Shine On Your Time in 2013 because Central Kentucky deserved better than that. We run two shops and two different ways to get clean — washed by hand in Shelbyville, or a touchless tunnel in Frankfort where nothing but water and soap touches the vehicle. Neither one owns a brush.
